      Sunt mult mai putine cazurile in care experienta e indispensabile (si, deci, justifica si costurile semnificativ mai ridicate) decat vor multi sa creada. 

Majoritatea angajatilor de la celelalte firme ale mele au fost angajati fara experienta, sau, oricum, cu o experienta minima. In linii mari, ipoteza mea a fost (re)confirmata aproape de fiecare data.
